cASE 1816B Starter Stuck

I havent been able to get the 0h 160 started this year. It looked at first like the battery didnt have enough juice. I replaced the battery and it would spin but would kill the battery after just a few tries. Bought a new starter and had the same problem except I noticed the starter was still engaged with the flywheel. It was spinning and never letting go. I replaced the starter. I have the same problem. I bought a solenoid just in case but that didnt fix it either.

I would look for something shorted out
