I don't have all the dimensions handy, but they are a very customised cylinder, not something you can buy off-the-shelf (except at the Bobcat dealer). If memory serves me correctly, they are a 1.5" bore with a 1" rod.
I have an old bobtach at home that was power, I will take the extended and retracted pin lengths off of it for you if you wish.
If you are wanting to convert to a power Bobtach, here is a link you may find interesting:

Call Schaefer Enterprises in IL. I've bought a few used bobtatch cylinders from them.

Ok, the cylinder fully extended with both handles in the closed position is 35" long. The cylinder from the center of bolt to center of opposite bolt is 33". The cylinder itself is only 20 3/4", not counting the rod. You have probably saw what the cylinder looks like. Its not a "standard" circular cylinder. Like mentioned above, the cylinder is just shy of 21", but from the remaining part of the cylinder is about 12" and square in shape with a bolt hole towards the end. The newer machines have a different style cylinder than the 250. I'm sure the newer style would work also being the dimensions have to be the same. Hope it helps
