317 skid steer, started a month ago would shut off after about 10 minutes. It would restart and shut off again. Now it shuts off after a couple of minutes and will restart and shut off. I have checked fuel filters and such. It seems like electrical, but I don't know where to start.

Being pretty new, i'd suspect it's a sensor detecting an issue and shutting down to prevent damage.
Do you have any warning lights? hydro pressure, air filter blocked?

There are no codes and no warning lights coming on. I have switch out a couple of relays and that seems to help. It will run longer, but still shuts off. I agree it could be a sensor, but wouldn't it show up as a code? Or could it be a safety switch. I am not sure where to start.

When it shuts down are you traveling or sitting still?

I'd think it would give a code if it was a sensor, i just don't know what sort of display your machine has.
I jus can't think of what else could be the cause. Relays could be an issue, as they hear up the connection to the fuel shut off solenoid may be interrupted, it could be the solenoid timer failing too.
Sadly there are a lot of possibilities, it's just not easy to work it out.

Hydraulic pressure sensor seems to be common failure causing this. Usually a few seconds warning though. It would be cheapest and easiest place to start.

How does it shut off? Instant off or slowly die. Possible weak fuel shut off or a hidden fuel filter. Our 250 had a in line buried down in by the tank

Fuel cutoff solenoid is quitting on you. Works fine for a bit gets warm cuts out the fuel and the machine shutdown. It's right on the front top of the timing cover. Change it out careful not to drop the cop inside the timing cover.
