Slow ground speed?

Check your steering levers where they come out from under the seat. You should have adjustments in the bars under the seat that you can adjust to prevent the levers bottoming out on the frame.

Yes I raised the cab and looked at those. I have more travel in reverse than I do pushing forward.

Ensure there are no obstructions at the pump, if none are there, loosen the bolts and slide them forward slightly and see how it goes.
