My T200 lost a roller this week. The back roller on the left side. According to the manual and bobcat the track has to be removed. I was able to change the roller out without removing the track. I thought this would be a pain however it went very smooth. Just blocked the rear then used the bucket to raise the front then relieved the tension on the track. There was enough slack in the track to get the roller out, it was tight but I got it. Also tight getting the new roller back in but it fit. Got everything tightened up and all is well. Saved myself a trip to to the shop and some $$$. So hope this helps anyone else out.

Thanks for the post. I have a T200 I use around the house. I haven't had that problem with mine, but I try to collect as much information and wisdom as I can off of this board. I know the only thing you can really say about these machines is that it worked the last time. Anything beyond that is just a guess.

If you don't have another piece of equipment around (another skidsteer, forklift, mini excavator) the tracks can be very hard to remove. It takes some strength to remove a track by hand. I used to use a come a long to help me. Now I have a mini track loader and taking the tracks off my T200 isn't quite as bad as it once was.

Ya having another machine to help get the track off would be nice. I don't have one so I'm hoping a cherry picker will help. I will be due for some new tracks fairly soon. I'm going to replace my sprockets at that time and ill check out my idlers also. An auger is on my list as of now. Going to go with a bobcat 15c.
