Hey guys
So recentley I changed the hydraulic gear pump, resealed the control block, port block..... The issue is when the machine is off if the arms are up in the morning they are down.... How do you troubleshoot this? Thanks Craig

Many things all bleed down what do you have?
i think even new machines do this. i used a brand new s130 a few months ago i'd leave the arms up and the bucket curled and we were loading the bucket by hand, when i got back in the machine it would be resting on the ground. my 643 does it slowly, too. i thought it was normal but maybe i'm wrong.

Damaged cylinder seals can allow the arms to drop.
Load checks in the control block can do it too.
Apparently a few inches of retraction per hour without the bucket attach is acceptable. I honestly wouldn't be too worried unless they lowered while using the machine.

You can open the line on the rod end of cylinder if seals are bad it will pay oil out and drop faster so be careful. Have replaced more spool valve seals than cylinder seals
