What you have is a mechanical hand control machine. The handles move the unit forward and backwards and also operate the boom and bucket. The LS180 did not have pilot controls. Pivoting the handles operate the boom and bucket. The right foot pedal is bolted tight. The handle between your feet locks the aux controls pedal, left pedal. The aux controls operate the couplers at the front of the boom. If the left foot pedal does not move with the handle in the up position then remove the handle and unbolt and remove the panel between your feet so you can look at the valve and linkage. If it has not been used in a long time the linkage is probably seized. There is no other mechanical lock for the aux controls besides the handle between your feet. Remove the linkage from the spool and see if the linkage is then free. If it is free then the valve spool is stuck, spray some penetrating oil on the exposed spool and gently tap it in to break it loose......................If your hand control handles do not pivot to operate the boom and bucket then you have other issues.
