226b with h65d-s hammer

Hi there all first post so please could some one help. I am at my wits end !!!! I currently have a CAT 226b with a Pinon H65d-s hammer attached . the problem I am having is that I am popping the hydraulic pipes at a rate of one or two a day . I have had the cat agents check the machine ( flow rates , pressure , pipe quality, gas levels of the hammer) EVERYTHING I have had them rebuild the hammer still no luck could someone in the brains trust here help me

That sounds very odd, i'd have thought the hammer gas charge could be the problem but you had that checked.
I have no idea what it could be, the dealer has checked everything that i would.
What hoses are bursting? i wonder if upping their pressure rating may help. You may need 4 wires hoese to the breaker instead of the usual 2 wire ones that are used.
