I'm brand new to track loaders and I just recently bought a 2004 TL130 with a blown engine. I yanked the engine from where it was dropped off at and took it to go get rebuilt. With the cold and snow coming soon I would like to get the loader in the heated shop to drop the rebuild back in. Is there a way to release the tracks on this loader so I can tow it to my shop?

Found out on my own! First take the outside covers off your drive motors(you will lose all your 90 weight when doing this)! Second, you will see a cluster of 3 small gears held together by a round plate. Grab it with your hand and pull it out. If it doesn't just pull out, put a bar in one of the cogs on the main drive gear and give it a little pressure. It will relieve the pressure on the gear cluster and you will then be able to pull it right out. Third, put the cover back on to keep dirt and debris out of the hub. You will now be able to pull it around quite easily.

Nice job of working that out, thanks for sharing it too.
