uk driveway installer with bobcat 443

hi folks i am base in hetfordshire near north london i have just bought a tidy bobcat 443 with a standard front bucket i have bought bolt on teeth for it to help lift concrete am i right in doing this? ps they are 2 centre teeth and one for each corner i was told by bobcat dealer this would be fine any help will be apreciated thank you

They generally go for an odd number, one each end, one in the middle and one in the middle of the two.
Either way, that will be fine. I actually use my bucket teeth for that from time to time. You want to lift just one point, you get a tooth under it and lift.

hi thanks for the info, we put all four on today hoping it will rip out some concrete?

Nice work, many more to come i'm sure.
yes tazza got a patio to rip out in the morning i am so pleased i bought it, just need to change engine oil and filters when i find out what oil to use lol, also i need to work out why my hour counter does not work?

The hour meter is wired funny. They tie it into the charge pressure circuit so just in case you stall the machine or shut it down and leave the key on, the hour meter will not keep ticking over.
When i re-wired my 743 that was cooked, i wired the power to the hour meter to the gauges, when the key was on, the hour meter was too.
As for oil, run diesel engine oil in the engine, Kubota recommends 15W40, but with the cold winters you get, you may need to look at something better. It may be best to ask your local Kubota dealer, they should be able to give you a good idea.
This is all me assuming it runs a Kubota engine, pretty sure they did, but could be wrong.

thanks tazza, i spoke to my local bobcat dealer and they said to use good quality branded oil 15/ 40 as you suggested its a kubota engine 750 3 cylinder as you guessed correctly i am looking at changing all the fluids just need to find out where the drain points are lol thanks again tazza
