Offering my JD320 SkidSteer up for rental. I am aware of the risks associated with renting my machine out. I am wondering where do I go to get a rental agreement drawn up? Do I need to see a lawyer? Or do I NEED to have one drawn up? I have tried the local office supply stores with no luck. My insurance provider said I should take a VISA number or deposit. How would I go about doing that? Any insights anbody can provide on how to take care of the paperwork would be GREATLY appreciated. I am in BC Canada if that makes any difference with regards to legal requirements or anything. Thanks to everyone.

First of all let me say I am not a business owner, but if it was me I would most defiantly go talk to a lawyer and get him to write you up a rental agreement. I couldn't imagine renting a piece of equipment out to someone who has no experience operating it and them injuring, or even worse getting killed with nothing to legally protect yourself.

Or what's left of it when they bring it back if they do I would only rent with the operator
