hydraulic drive issues

I HAVE A ASV SR 80 SEEMS SIUGGISH IN THE DRIVE CONTROLS WHEN I STOP IT KREEPS AHEAD AND TURNS TO THE RIGHT A BIT .SEEMS DELAYED BETWEEN FORWARD AND REVERSE. I CONTACTED TEREX SERVICE THEY TOLD ME TO CHANGE THE HYDRAULIC OIL AND FILTERS .HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM AND WILL THIS REMEDY WORK.

Not sure the fluid is the issue here, but it wouldn't burt to do the simple things first, especially if you haven't changed the filter and oil since you got it.
The creeping is a pump neutral adjustment, the other could even be the linkages are a bit sloppy.

First off

thanks for the input on the drive issue and the cap lock.I will change oil and give it a try.

Another thing could be the weather, does it get below freezing where you are? it's a long shot, but possible that there is water in there forming ice, unless this issue happens all year round.
