Yo----a newbie here to the forum. We have a Case 445CT the is having, (sadly) intermittent problems. Occasionally the safety interlock system which controls the hydraulic brakes and hydraulic flow disengages. The seat belt light will be lit and but we are unable to clear the fault by pressing clear button. We have checked the following switches, seat ,bar, and cab and cleaned them. Also have jumpered around those switches when the problem has occurred. I have not checked voltage at those switch yet. The key switch has been cleaned to verify proper voltage through. Ground wires look good. The pillar electrical assembly has been replaced. The failure generally occurs when skid steer have been running for a while, the operator hops out to attend to something, then reenters the cab. Once the failure occurs random shaking of the wires may help. Otherwise time is the cure. 1/2 hour to 24 hours of rest time is the medicine. Perhaps 1 of 5 times the skid steer is used does this problem occur. The skid steer is a tracked model if this has any bearing on the issue.
