Need to replace belt today on my 843 with Isuzu diesel, but no bobcat dealers within reach stock part (6655314). Belt is so badly worn that I'm not sure of width and would like to get as close as possible from NAPA, who can't cross reference number. Could anyone kindly measure the width for me? THANKS. Length would be helpful too, but I don't want to impose on anyone since I can adjust alternator.

I think it is just a standard A section belt. If you took it to an auto parts shop they could match it for you.

When I get mine back from the shop I will measure it. If I ever get it back..lol. Since you have an 843 can you take a picture of the bottom of the Bob Tach where the stops are to keep from bending the cylinder if your bucket if in full dump position? Thanks

I went with an 11/16 wide belt from NAPA. It's not one of the standard sections as far as I can see. The original is still a little bit wider, but the fit on this one seems pretty good.
