Takeuchi TL130 won't start!

My guys and I are stumped on this one. Our TL 130 got left in a downpour this past weekend - don't ask why. She ran fine on Friday but now she won't start. We can get a hope of starting with a quick spray of starter fluid, but it quickly dies back out. We are getting fuel on both inward lines and the outward line coming from the fuel filter. The battery's charged. I'm wondering if something electronic got wet and just needs time to air out? Does anybody have some idea of where else I might make some attempts? Thanks guys.

Sounds like the fuel shut off solenoid isn't working. As it does fire on starting fluid but won't stay running.
It could be a wet relay or suel shut off solenoid timer (if fitted). SOrry, no idea where either of these would be located on your machine.
