Tree shear with buncher arms

Can anyone tell me what brand this tree shear is? http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/grd/3138769630.html It looks like the skid steer mount was added later. Any negative comments about this shear? I am considering buying it for use on my New Holland L190. Thanks Jeff
