Tazza , is it just me or is there a problem with the site , I have had a hard time posting now for a while , after typing up a reply and hitting post it will say something like Error : you are trying to post an idential post which has already been posted , or session has timed out and a few other errors I forget the wording , then when you go back to try again you have lost all that you had typed , I have tried to copy before hitting post and it will not let you do that , I'd bet I have lost 20 replies to people in the last month

I know you addressed your question to Tazza but I'll try to answer some of it.
I too have experienced the session timed out and identical post error.
There does seem to be a alotted amount of time for typing a reply so when I type a long post I highlight the text and hit Ctrl C to copy it to the clipboard and then if I get the session timed out error I can just paste it in a new reply.
I've gotten the indentical post error when I've typed the exact same answer to a question that I've posted before. It must be something in the software to prevent spammers from posting the same thing in many threads.

Thankfully it doesn't happen to me often, but when it does naturally its after a long post like you.... I Started doing what OM said, copy the text to the clipboard then post, if it has the error i just paste and do it again. Its weird that yours won't let you copy the text.
It hasn't happened to me for a little while though though, i don't know why you are having all the troubles.
10-4 , thanks , I know the long post will time you out , and I do have a bad habit of going get a drink , jumpimg on the phone or something and letting it sit idle -------- the identical post thing is weird as I been posting here for a long time and it just started doing that one
Its rare for me to get the double post, but it does happen. Especially in the introduce your self area. It seems to have started not liking the 'welcome to the forum' so i just make sure i add a little more
