I recently started to recieve a code on my display that reads: FO A The code has not went away and my foot controls are locked out. I have no other visible lights on while engine is running and i am seated in seat with seat belt on! After the unit sat for a day the bucket lowered on its own and when i started it up the controls were working however they locked again after about 10-15 minutes of use! I have checked the wiring to the solenoids and they appear to be fine. I was told by the dealer to check the resistance through the solenoids to make sure they are not bad. He also said i could borrow their ecu to replace mine with to see if that was the problem. Has anyone had this problem and came up with the faulty part or problem. There are several other posts on here for this problem but i have not seen an exact answer to the problem. any help would be greatly appreciated.

One of your solenoids is probably going bad. When you have the problem unplug one of the solenoids and restart your loader and see if the hydraulic function for the solenoid still plugged works. If not, then plug that one back in and unplug the other solenoid and restart your loader and see if the plugged in one works.
EIC could be a source of the problem but not to likely on your model. You do want to make sure the connectors on the back of the EIC are fully in place.

I believe now that it was the either the seat belt connection switch or the seat pressure switch either way it finally started working after working the seat belt over and over. I also think that sitting outside uncoverered for extended amounts of time had caused some of the problem.

If not the seat belt switch or the seat switch and the 5 amp fuse in the engine compartment is blowing. Replace the 5 amp fuse with a 10 amp fuse and feel the solenoids and see if one is heating up.The one that is heating up is the bad one. They are pricey at the dealer.

This problem seems to be intermittent so i am leaning towrds the seat switch i guess. It has worked fine for quite a whilke now until setting in barn for a couple months. Now afetr the extreme cold it wont stay running when you release the key switch but it will run in mechanics mode. I believe somnething is frozen up but i also wonder if the seat switch can be affected by extremne cold? If it hadn't been working well all through august to october i would think there was something to replace.
