maybe the brg on the outside of the planetary/cage drive is busted..
How are the lugs on the tracks?,if they are tapered badly they might want to climb the cage.

rebuilt planateries & replaced both inner & outter cage rings... and the tracks are new ,,, put new inner rollers and used old outter rollers ,,, theres about 3/16 play there ... the center of the rubber nubber climbs up on the roller making a poping noise when in falls into place,i thought the tracks might be to tight and losen the one up it saged abit and still misalinged itself when in operation ..checked squarness across the roller cage to track looked ok??? the other side has no issues ///man this is geting old any idea what to do next>>>>Thanks for any input.... mark

Cage rollers rolling freely?..
track adjusting bolts in the same holes each side?.
did you try swap tracks left to right, see if it follows the track?
Front/rear axles running in line and square to the frame.
Uneven high/low sides on the cage rollers might be an issue,a belt allways wants to travel up the high side, stretching faster there and getting bowed, the drive lugs are getting further apart because of it that side too.3/16 of a inch may not be much until you multiply that by the # of rollers that are engaged

Bison I like the info on the roller ware,,the larger rollers were tapered on the inner outside of cage so when i replaced the smaller roller i fliped the larger roller over putting the taper on the inside of cage,, dont no if thats a proublem ,, did the same thing on both sides,,left side has no issues.,,, need to find out the outter roller dia. and the play between the two,,and consider changing them if i have to much play id like to use a different materal,,,,, replaced 14 boggies and three axels with the new tracks all looked good ,,the front 14inch. boggie axel on right( bad side) was real stiff but didnt leak,,,,, Bolts are in same spot both sides i did try it in different holes no luck there,,,,, cant beleave swaping tracks would make a difference?????? thanx 4 your input ..Mark
