It took about half hour for the Bobcat to have problems then would not go forward or back.Motor runs great , bucket lifts up & down.I started the motor pushed the sticks forward & was being pulled for about 300 ft to the garage to work on it.tires rolled & pulled easily,no sliding. Then unhooked to come around to the front to push it into garage. pushed about 5 ft. then all functions came back better than they had been for a long time , forward , backward with lots of power.WHAT TOOK PLACE?can I use it now?or will I be stuck with the same problem later?Would the brass filter in the pump need to be cleaned?I and dealers can't figure this out .The Bobcat is a 732

If you haven't changed the bronze filter, its a good time to do so.
Hard to say why its working again, as it was free rolling before tells me that your motors/pump were not full of oil. There is no reason for this, as the system would have been full of oil. Rolling makes the motors act as sort of a pump, moving oil around.

on the bobcat 732 repairing itself.what about the drive motor seals? And should I keep using the bobcat till I have another problem? This is the one we towed because it would not go forward or back , then it fixed itself somehow. Thanks again

Honestly, I'd think if the motor seals were bad it would have a problem in one side only, not both like you currently have. Also, if it was seals it wouldn't stop working then start working, when they are bad, they stay that way.
It could even have been some rubbish stuck in a relief valve or something causing it to not build up pressure. It may have come loose and hopefully got filtered out.
If it works, keep using it, it could have been some random thing. BUT if it does it again, or makes noises or feeles weird stop and investigate it, don't keep running it as you may cause more damage.
Someone else may have more ideas on the matter though.

Where is the bronze filter on a bobcat 843b having the same issue
